As we make the switch from outdoor to indoor activities...

And shoveling the occasional snow is not nearly enough.
Now, you don't need to become a gym bunny, or train for a marathon, but DO do your best to get up off your ass and stretch a bit.
Tennis, anyone? Yes, there are indoor courts to play on. You can even find yourself a batting cage.
