If  you want to have fun in the locker room?

You have to put in some time on the gym floor. 

Now, based on some of the selfies I've seen on the internet, it's highly likely that given the right hour - when traffic is on the low side - you could have yourself a bit of fun on the gym floor as well. 

But seriously?

Put in the work, buds.

It pays off - no matter your age, no matter your weight, no matter your body type. 

And keep it fresh. Variation pays big dividends, my friends.

Physical activity yields physical activity, if you know what I mean.

So, go for it.

Do it.

Earn your right to a little fun in that locker room!

Lift, run, sweat, shower, repeat.
