Now, you don't need to become a gym bunny, or train for a marathon, but DO do your best to get up off your ass and stretch a bit.

Tennis, anyone? Yes, there are indoor courts to play on. You can even find yourself a batting cage.

Yes, it's time for another serving of sneaker-doodles.

At my house? You can have as many as you want.

When they're in such abundant supply? I feel it's my duty to share.

And remember... it's not in the size of the doodle, but the IQ in the noodle!

So be sure to use yours whenever you indulge.

  I must show restraint, for I am on a strict diet.

I like my sneaker-doodles like I like my vitamins.
