As our thoughts turn to autumn, it's time to focus on your indoor training!

Yes, we mustn't let our skill sets narrow once we find ourselves stuck indoors, my dears.

First, and foremost... it's a matter of team spirit. Yes! Learn to take one for the team and play well with others. These are both very important values to maintain and practice and can come in handy when in close quarters with others... like say, the locker room.

Then it's a matter of skill sets. Wrestling one on one? Spotting a dude as he pumps? Playing the field? Playing with balls? All gloved up and pounding it like a pro? Don't hold back. Show off your talent!

Now, there's a lot of ground to cover, so you best be vigilant if you wish to stay on top of your game.
