Looking Over My Shoulder

It's easy to get caught up in the past. 

Sometimes I find comfort there, but all too often it simply leads to doubt and regret. Those cringe-worthy moments come rushing back and... well, life is difficult enough these days. No need beating ourselves up for things we can't change.

So, while it can be fun looking at the past... it's important not to stay there too  long.

These days? 

It's important to keep in mind of what's ahead of us, for we have so much too look forward to. I know solutions and remedies are still months away (January 20th cannot get here soon enough), but hang on, and hang in there. It's a slow boat, but...

...it's coming.
