What Christmas Means To Me - Stevie Wonder
For me? It's all about joy. It's all about pretty decorations and delicious food. And... it's all about music.
Today, we have the season being defined by a true Motown legend... Stevie Wonder.
Written by written by Allen Story, Anna Gordy Gaye, and George Gordy, What Christmas Means To Me has been recorded by many artists over the years, including: John Legend, Train, Michael McDonald, Hanson, Paul Young, Cee Lo Green, Darlene Love, and En Vogue - to name but a few.
However, for me, this song will always belong to Stevie Wonder.
Wonder recorded it as part of his 1967 release Someday At Christmas. It was the second single from the album and, surprisingly, it failed to chart, as did the album. It has since been reissued a number of times since and ultimately has become a holiday standard.

I adore Stevie Wonder as a person, but was never a fan of his music for some reason.
Love me some Stevie Wonder!!!
Yes, to that sound, too.
XOXO
