This is a pre-superstardom Lizzo you're listening to. Oh, she was on the rise, but hadn't broken through in a big way. Back then, she was still in a 'big way'; adamantly promoting a positive body image and self-love. Today, not only is she a chart-topping superstar, but also a fraction of her former self, having made the same leap as Meghan Trainor - another case where someone broke through while making a case for full-figured women only to succumb to the pressures of stardom and conform to mainstream ideals of beauty.
Well, while Lizzo may be forgoing the pleasures of a hot toddy or a cup of egg nog, she still manages to celebrate the season, thanks to this delightful song.

Who knew Lizzo had a Christmas song?!?!?!
And that last picture? I sure hope she doesn't get that thin again. It doesn't even look like Lizzo. She looks flat there, not lively and robust.
Loved her performance on SNL. She may have lost some weight but doesn't look as thin as in these photos.
